Privacy notice

Who handles your information?

Nagy Yvette, sole trader, Budapest, Hungary, handles consultation enquiries to Felszín. For privacy requests, email [email protected]. A telephone contact is available on request.

Consultation enquiries

The form collects your name, email, selected service and language. You may also provide a short message and a preferred meeting time and format. These details are used to answer your request and arrange an introductory conversation. Please avoid sensitive information or confidential details about other people.

For consultation requests, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). You do not need to accept measurement or advertising to contact us.

Enquiry details are kept while answering the request, for no longer than one year after you provide them. You can request earlier deletion. If you become a client, any records needed for the service or statutory accounting obligations are handled separately.

Service providers

These providers may process information outside Hungary or the European Economic Area. Their linked privacy notices explain their processing locations, retention and applicable transfer safeguards.

Optional website measurement

With your separate consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), the website records page views, service views, consultation form starts, successful enquiries, contact-link clicks and steps in the assessment and payment journey. Each event contains a random event identifier and a temporary visit identifier, the site language, a broad screen-size category and a broad source category: direct, search, social or referral. An event may also identify the service or assessment involved.

Measurement events do not contain names, email addresses, message contents, answers, results, payment identifiers, full page URLs or referring URLs. Network requests necessarily reach the hosting provider with technical connection information such as an IP address; this is not added to the website's measurement event record.

The visit identifier is stored in your browser tab and expires after 30 minutes without a measured action. Withdrawal removes it immediately. Events enter DigitalOcean runtime logs; exported event records are retained for no more than 30 days before being reduced to aggregate counts. Aggregate reports contain no visit or event identifiers.

Advertising measurement and your choices

Advertising measurement is a separate choice. The Meta pixel loads only with that consent, on the Hungarian and English homepages without query parameters. It can measure page views and a successfully submitted consultation request. It does not load on service pages, assessments or checkout pages.

Your choices are saved in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw them at any time using , also available in the footer. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes the website's temporary visit identifier and accessible Meta cookies. It does not reverse information already sent before withdrawal.

Self-reflection assessments

The paid assessments and their purchase terms are currently available in Hungarian. Answers may include sensitive personal information and require explicit consent before assessment processing. Answers and generated reports are not stored by the Felszín server. Anthropic processes answers to generate the report; PDF delivery by email uses Resend when requested. Sharing a report with Nagy Yvette requires a separate action from you.

Stripe processes payments. The seller of the AI assessment service is Leventech Solutions Kft., which issues invoices through Billingo. Payment, invoice and delivery-status records are separate from assessment answers and are subject to applicable accounting retention requirements. The assessment provides self-reflection, not a clinical examination or diagnosis. See the assessment privacy details in Hungarian and purchase terms in Hungarian before buying.

Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
